Simple, flexible booking policies
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes. Contact us at least 24 hours before your original booking time and we will do our best to find a new date and time.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 48 hours before your booking at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking time incur a cancellation fee.
Are there discounts for bulk bookings?
Yes. If you plan to book several sessions or rooms, contact us about discounts and packages.
How can I pay?
Credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
