Full Refund: Cancellations made at least [5] days before the scheduled rental start date are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between [3] and [4] days before the booking may receive a [percentage]% refund or a credit towards a future booking.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than [2] hours before the booking start time will not be eligible for a refund.

If we must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance issues, facility closures), clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled rental without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within [7] business days using the original payment method.

Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Administrative fees, processing fees, or deposits (if applicable) may be non-refundable.

Any customized office space modifications or special accommodations requested by the client are non-refundable.

Clients may request to reschedule their booking instead of canceling, subject to availability.
