At Expert Advantage Schaumburg Real Estate, we strive to provide flexible and professional office space rental services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for office space bookings and related services.

1. Booking Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

1.1 Cancellations by the Client

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least [5] days before the scheduled rental start date are eligible for a full refund.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between [3] and [4] days before the booking may receive a [percentage]% refund or a credit towards a future booking.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than [2] hours before the booking start time will not be eligible for a refund.

1.2 Cancellations by Expert Advantage

• If we must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance issues, facility closures), clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

2. No-Show Policy

• Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled rental without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within [7] business days using the original payment method.

• Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

• Administrative fees, processing fees, or deposits (if applicable) may be non-refundable.

• Any customized office space modifications or special accommodations requested by the client are non-refundable.

5. Rescheduling & Credit Transfers

• Clients may request to reschedule their booking instead of canceling, subject to availability.

• If eligible, clients can apply their cancellation credit toward a future booking within [1] months from the original rental date.
