Welcome to Expert Advantage Office Space – Schaumburg. By accessing, renting, or using our office spaces and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms govern the rental and use of office spaces, conference rooms, training rooms, and any related services provided by Expert Advantage.
1.2 By booking a rental space, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.
1.3 Expert Advantage reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or in-person.
2.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2.3 Cancellations made [X] hours/days before the booking start time may be eligible for a refund or credit. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.
2.4 No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

3. Use of Space

3.1 The rented space may only be used for professional and business purposes. Any illegal, disruptive, or unauthorized activities are strictly prohibited.
3.2 Clients are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the rented space. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left in an unacceptable condition.
3.3 Any damage to property or equipment must be reported immediately. Clients will be liable for repair or replacement costs.
3.4 Subleasing or transferring the rental to another party without prior written consent is not permitted.

4. Facilities & Services

4.1 High-speed internet, furniture, and basic office amenities are included with rental agreements unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Access to shared facilities (kitchen, lounge, etc.) is allowed but must be used respectfully.
4.3 Expert Advantage is not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or technical issues beyond its control.

5. Security & Access

5.1 Clients will receive secure access to their rented space for the agreed rental period.
5.2 For security reasons, all guests must be registered in advance.
5.3 Unauthorized access or tampering with security systems may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.

6. Liability & Indemnity

6.1 Expert Advantage is not responsible for personal items left unattended in the rented space. Clients are advised to secure their belongings.
6.2 Clients agree to indemnify and hold Expert Advantage harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the premises.
6.3 Expert Advantage is not liable for disruptions caused by unforeseen events, including natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

7.1 Client information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7.2 Clients must respect the privacy and confidentiality of other tenants and businesses using the space.

8. Termination & Violations

8.1 Expert Advantage reserves the right to terminate any rental agreement immediately if a client violates these Terms.
8.2 No refunds will be issued for terminations resulting from misuse, illegal activities, or breach of contract.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.
